Can Zephyr quote a tattoo?
Zephyr answers with the services and prices you set (say, a price per session or a free consultation) and never invents. Design quotes come from you.
Can each artist have their own prices?
Yes. Prices and durations per person on Pro, so every artist charges their own rate.
Does the AI agent cost extra?
No. Zephyr is included in every plan, each with its own monthly amount of AI. No add-ons, no per-message charges: what you see in your plan is what you pay.
How do reminders work?
As soon as a customer books, they get a confirmation email with a link to confirm, change or cancel. Before the appointment they get a reminder (2, 4 or 24 hours ahead, you choose). Included in every plan.
How many people does each plan include?
Free and Solo are for one person. Pro includes up to 5 people, you included; each extra person is $5 USD (or $99 MXN in Mexico) a month, prorated from when they join.
How does the free trial work?
Every business starts on Free. Whenever you want, start a 14-day Pro trial — no credit card. When it ends, choose Solo or Pro, or keep going on Free.
What happens if I reach the monthly AI limit?
Nothing breaks. We let you know at 80% and 100%. If Zephyr uses up the month's replies, customers who write are told you'll reply soon and get your booking page (which works without AI); their messages wait in your inbox. Zephyr messages come back on the 1st. Each plan includes more; for a normal business, Solo and Pro are plenty.
Do my customers need an account to book?
No. They book from your public page with just their name, email and phone. They only need an account to message you or manage their appointments later.
How does the inventory work?
Add your products once (we suggest the usual ones for your business), then just tell Zephyr what happened: “10 waxes arrived”, “used 2 blades”. It keeps the count, records who made each change and warns you when something is running low. It's included in every plan.
Will the AI make up prices or times?
No. Zephyr only answers from the services and calendars you set up. If something isn't in your catalog, it won't invent it.
Can I price my services in pesos?
Yes. Your services can be listed in MXN or USD. In Mexico your Zephyria subscription is billed in pesos too.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
